James C. Velghe, Sr.
Mr. Velghe is president
of Work Dynamics, Inc. Prior to this he was founder and
CEO of Management Science Associates, Inc. Through both
WDI and MSA, he has thirty years of consulting experience in over
900 major healthcare corporations. He has served on numerous
Governing Boards to include healthcare, banking and law enforcement.
In the course of his career he has developed systems and consulting
methodologies that have been used in hundreds of consulting assignments.
He invented positive employee relations systems, executive leadership
measures, opinion surveys and communication methodologies used
by hundreds of hospital and health system clients.
Jeff K. Bills,
MPA, FACHE
Mr. Bills is Senior
Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. Prior to this he was
President and CEO of Saint Mary's Health Network in Reno, Nevada.
Before this he was Senior Vice President and Administrator of
Scripps Memorial Hospital in
La Jolla, California, the flagship hospital in the Scripps system.
Mr. Bills has eighteen years of highly successful CEO experience
in hospital and multi hospital systems and an outstanding national
reputation for building high levels of trust between senior leadership
and both employees and the medical staff. He received his
MPA in Health Care Administration from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Bills manages and consults in the following firm services:

Stephen Chenoweth
Mr. Chenoweth is Senior
Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He is retired from
the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While with the FBI,
Mr. Chenoweth served in various leadership capacities to include
Supervisor in the Phoenix Division. He is a nationally recognized
and accomplished investigator featured in documentary movies involving
the FBI. In the course of his FBI career, he has managed
SWAT teams, hostage negotiations and conducted a variety of investigations
involving bank robberies, organized crime, fugitives, and complicated
white collar crimes.
Mr. Chenoweth manages and consults in the following firm services:

Investigative Services.
Clif
Elliott, J.D.
Mr.
Elliott, Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc., has represented
employers in matters dealing with unions for more than four decades.
His experience includes assisting employers in maintaining
a union-free workplace, the negotiation and administration of
collective bargaining agreements and, if necessary, managing strikes.
Mr. Elliott has represented clients in the healthcare, manufacturing,
retail, finance and construction industries. The focus of
his practice for many years has been in the representation of
hospitals and healthcare organizations from Florida to Alaska.
He has negotiated labor agreements on behalf of hospital clients
covering registered nurses, technical employees, service workers
and physicians. Mr. Elliott has developed a reputation for
bringing creative solutions to difficult labor relations issues.
He is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of
Law, and has an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
Larry
J. McCormick
Mr.
McCormick is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc.
He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
While with the FBI, Mr. McCormick served in various leadership
capacities to include: Chief Inspector of the FBI, Special
Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Division, Supervisor in Detroit
and FBI headquarters, and Special Agent in various capacities.
In the course of his FBI career, Mr. McCormick was involved in
conducting or supervising a variety of investigations to include
Medicare fraud, drugs, organized crime, labor unions, fugitives,
bank robberies, and various white collar crimes. Mr. McCormick
manages and consults in the following firm services: Preventive
Labor Relations, Corporate Crisis Management, and Corporate Investigative
Services.
Monte
C. Strait
Mr.
Strait is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. He is retired
from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While with the FBI,
Mr. Strait served in various leadership capacities to include:
Deputy Assistant Director in law enforcement services, Special
Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Division, Supervisor in Washington,
D.C., staff attorney in the FBI’s Congressional Affairs Office,
and Special Agent in various capacities. In the course of his
FBI career, Mr. Strait was involved in conducting or supervising
criminal, national security, counterterrorism, and intelligence
investigations. Mr. Strait has extensive experience in interagency
relationships and mission critical matters with partners including
local, state, and federal law enforcement, the U.S. military,
and the intelligence community. Mr. Strait manages and consults
in the following firm services: Law Enforcement Management, Preventive
Labor Relations, Corporate Crisis Management, and Corporate Investigative
Services.
Michael
J. Tull, PhD
Dr.
Tull is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc. Prior
to this he was Corporate Vice President of Louisiana Pacific Corporation.
Before this he was Corporate Vice President of Sharp Health System,
San Diego, California. In addition he was a Senior Consultant
with Management Science Associates, Inc. He received his
Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the University of Kansas.
Dr. Tull manages and consults in the following firm services:

Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Preventive Labor Relations,
Employee Opinion Surveys, Hospital/Physician Relations Audits,

Joseph
Farrell Waeckerle, MD, FACEP
Dr.
Waeckerle is Senior Vice President of Work Dynamics, Inc.
He is a prominent leader in the field of emergency medicine.
Having owned his own emergency medicine firm serving several urban
hospitals, he has practiced, taught and published extensively
in the field of emergency medicine, sports medicine and emergency
preparedness for over thirty years. He has held numerous
leadership positions ranging from department chairmanships to
director and president of national and local medical associations,
to include the American College of Emergency Physicians.
He is Editor Emeritus of Annals of Emergency Medicine and a reviewer
for the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the
American Medical Association. He has served as chief medical
officer for various organizations to include universities, law
enforcement agencies, Kansas City Chiefs football club and is
an FBI credentialed physician and medical director for the Kansas
City division and advisor on biological weapons of mass
destruction, counter terrorism and emergency preparedness.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas
and his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Missouri.
He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine,
licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and California,
and continues to practice his emergency medicine skills.
